Possibly my favorite restaurant in San Mateo, CA. It's both fun and tasty. Order your broth(s), some meat, some veggies, other things. Simmer on the hot plate and enjoy individual pieces and/or make little bowls of soup. Pictured are dual broths, lamb, shrimp, bok choy, and a mushroom medley.
